Original Ray-Ban RB2184 replacement lenses

If your Ray-Ban RB2184 frame is still in good condition but the lenses are scratched, worn or no longer as clear as they should be, replacing only the lenses is the smart option. You restore the look, fit and sun protection of your sunglasses while saving up to 60% compared with buying a complete new pair. Free shipping is included.

At ReplacementLenses.net, every order is handled by qualified opticians in our own workshop in Granada, using professional MEI Easy Fit Trend equipment. We are an official EssilorLuxottica dealer, so these are part of our range of original Ray-Ban lenses.

Model compatibility

These Ray-Ban replacement lenses are made for the Ray-Ban RB2184 in size 57. Because they are original lenses, the shape, Base 6 curve and fitting geometry are designed for the correct frame, helping the lens sit securely without looseness or excessive pressure.

Do not choose lenses only because another Ray-Ban style looks similar. Small differences in lens outline or groove position can make a lens unsuitable for another frame.

How to identify your model and size

Check the inside of the temple arm before ordering. Your sunglasses should show RB2184 and size 57. On Ray-Ban frames, the model code and size are usually printed together with other frame information; for this product, the key details are RB2184 and 57.

Measuring the old lens with a ruler is less reliable, especially if you measure diagonally. The printed frame reference is the safest way to confirm compatibility.

Material, protection and lens finishes

These Ray-Ban RB2184 lenses are made from polycarbonate, a lightweight and resistant material for everyday sunglasses. The Base 6 curve preserves the optical geometry intended for this frame, while UV400 protection blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

The available lens options allow you to keep the original character of your sunglasses: green, brown polarized, green polarized or gray, always according to the real variants listed for this product.

Why replace only the lenses

If your RB2184 frame still fits well, there is no need to replace the whole pair. New original lenses bring back visual clarity and sun protection while keeping the frame you already know and like.

It is also a more sustainable choice. Repairing a quality frame reduces waste and extends the life of your sunglasses without compromising the optical result.

Authenticity and logo

As original Ray-Ban lenses, they include the Ray-Ban logo; polarized versions include Ray-Ban P. Each lens is checked in our workshop by qualified opticians using a lensmeter before preparation.

Since 2018, we have repaired more than 600,000 pairs of glasses and processed more than 400,000 orders in over 50 countries. That experience helps us work with model-specific lenses accurately and safely.

Frequently asked questions

Will these fit other similar Ray-Ban models?
These lenses are intended for Ray-Ban RB2184 size 57. Even if another model looks close in shape, the lens outline and curve may differ, so we recommend using them only for the correct model.

How do I confirm my RB2184 size?
Look inside the temple arm for the model code RB2184 and size 57. This printed reference is more dependable than measuring the lens by hand.

Are these original Ray-Ban lenses?
Yes, they are original Ray-Ban lenses supplied through the official EssilorLuxottica channel. They include the Ray-Ban logo, and polarized options carry the Ray-Ban P marking.

Are they glass or polycarbonate?
These RB2184 replacement lenses are polycarbonate. This provides a lightweight and resistant lens with UV400 sun protection.

Can I install them at home?
The RB2184 is an acetate frame, so installation is usually done by pressure with gentle heat to soften the frame slightly. If you are not used to fitting lenses, we recommend visiting an optician to avoid stressing the frame.

What is the benefit of polarized options?
The 57 – Brown polarized – Crystal and 58 – Green polarized – Crystal options reduce glare from roads, water and other reflective surfaces. The 31 – Green – Crystal and R5 – Gray – Crystal options provide a classic non-polarized sun lens experience.

Do they protect against UV rays?
Yes, these sunglasses lenses provide UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. That is essential for safe sun use.
